In order to protect children deprived of parental care in our country, to develop alternative forms of social support or placement of the child's blood family in order for the child to be raised in the family, to implement the opportunity for orphans to be raised in a family environment, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 9, 2021 "Orphans and fathers" On the basis of the Resolution No. PQ-5215 "On measures to introduce a fundamentally updated system of raising children deprived of maternal care", significant work is being carried out together with responsible organizations. As of 2022, 12 orphanages, 4 orphanages, and 3 orphanages have been closed out of 16 orphanages and 4 orphanages that operated until August 2021. Today, 1,982 boys and girls are being educated in families. Of these, 788 children are being educated in 125 family orphanages. On August 25, 2022, by the Department of Military-Patriotism, Spiritual Education and Social Work with Youth of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, No. 26 of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan 36k/k joint decision of the ministry was developed and approved by the responsible organizations. Because with the help of these courses, parents can establish direct contact with qualified specialists and social sector experts, from the process of adopting a child to the family, to the adaptation of family members and the new member of the family to each other, to new relationships, to a new social life, and to a mentally healthy family. they will have the opportunity to acquire their knowledge, skills and competences in matters such as creating an environment. In particular, the aim of the training course is to provide all-round support to parents who have to choose alternative forms of placement of orphans and children deprived of parental care; to improve the professional knowledge, abilities and skills of parents involved in strengthening and improving the moral and moral environment in families; It is intended to increase the theoretical knowledge, skills and practical experience and qualifications of strengthening the family institution and improving the social orphan prevention system. Before starting the training course, psychological diagnostics aimed at determining the level of emotional mental stability of citizens was carried out. Citizens who have successfully passed these diagnostic tests have the opportunity to study in a training course.The training program for Arrested Parents was developed by the professors of the Department of Military-Patriotism, Spiritual-Educational Education and Social Work with Youth of the University of Public Safety, taking into account the activities of the Family Orphanage and the characteristics of the child being taken into the family. The program consists of 6 sections and 18 topics, which include organizational issues, issues of social, psychological, and medical study of orphans and children deprived of their parents' care, organization of the educational process, social-psychological, pedagogic assistance, custody of parents. mother's competencies, family management and its financial support are covered. Clause 3 of Resolution PQ-345 defines the tasks of attracting qualified, including foreign experts, to the process of organizing parental training courses. At the end of this training course, final exams were taken from these trainees in order to summarize the acquired knowledge. Exams were conducted in 2 stages. The parents of the 1st stage took a test based on the lessons taught by the professors during the course. After successfully passing these tests, at the 2nd stage, they presented a case study prepared on the issues of social protection of children.
