The Department of Engineering and Technical Support of Guarding is one of the specialist training departments at the university and has its place in the training of specialist officers.

The Department of Engineering and Technical Support of Security of the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, normative legal documents, relevant orders of the National Guard Commander, decisions of the University Council and the requirements of this Regulation. • implementation of its activities based on the annual plan;
