The department was established on the basis of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 15, 2021 "On measures to further improve the system of training professional personnel in the field of public safety" PQ-5077, and is a structural part of the University is a university and it is headed by Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Choriyev Murad Shokirjonovich.

PURPOSE OF THE DEPARTMENT:

It consists of training, retraining and upgrading professional personnel in the field of jurisprudence for all ministries and agencies that are part of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and law enforcement agencies, as well as relevant state and economic management bodies.

In the field of educational and methodological work - using innovative methods of teaching in the fields of education "Legal provision of national security", "Legal provision of security" and "Legal provision of public safety" organization of educational activities aimed at forming qualified specialists;

In the field of scientific and methodical work - development of the scientific and methodical foundations of the educational process, provision of educational and methodical materials, study of foreign experience in this field, the labor productivity and quality and efficiency of teaching. introduction of modern educational technologies that serve to improve;

In the field of scientific and research work - priority tasks of legal reforms implemented in the country, taking into account advanced world experience and international standards, priority directions for ensuring public safety, implementation of scientific and research work and the implementation of their results. provide;

In the field of organizational and methodical work - assessment of the quality of education, conducting its analysis, as well as effective organization of other organizational and methodical activities;

In the field of spiritual and moral and educational work - to help cadets, students and listeners to mature spiritually, intellectually, physically and morally and to respect national values, patriotism, sense of citizenship, tolerance, laws, national and in the spirit of respect for universal human values, to be able to resist harmful influences and currents, to educate them to have firm beliefs and views on life, to feel their responsibility before the state and society, humanitarianism, international harmony, justice and education in the spirit of understanding the criteria of the rule of law and observing it;

In the field of training of scientific-pedagogical personnel, upgrading and retraining of pedagogical personnel, in the field of work related to their internship - specific targeted work on the formation of a scientific-pedagogical personnel training system of the department with rich intellectual and scientific-pedagogical skills that meets modern international standards implementation.

Modern forms and methods of teaching, advanced pedagogical and information and communication technologies are widely introduced in the team. Training sessions are conducted by qualified teachers of the department and by experts with extensive experience in practice. For this, the department is provided with the necessary educational and methodological base and literature. In particular, the training is organized with the help of advanced interactive methods, which serves to strengthen the theoretical knowledge and skills of the cadets. The members of the team, while conducting scientific research on current topics, are returning with experience in educational institutions of foreign countries.

On September 30, 2020, the head of the department, PhD, professor M.Sh. Choriev was awarded with a valuable gift from the commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the occasion of October 1 - the Day of Teachers and Trainers.

On January 14, 2021, the deputy head of the department, yu.f.b.f.d. (PhD) O'.M. Davletov was awarded with the commemorative badge "30 years to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan", established according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 1, 2021.

On March 21, 2021, the senior teacher of the department, yu.f.b.f.d. (PhD) J.D. Akhmedov was awarded the "For Exemplary Services" award by the commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On January 14, 2021, the professor of the department, PhD, professor A.A. Mukhammadiev was awarded the commemorative medal "30 years to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan", established according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 1, 2021.

On August 31, 2018, professor of the department, associate professor M.T. Akhmedova participated in the "Best teacher of the year" contest in the 2017-2018 academic year and won the 1st place.

On October 15, 2021, professor of the department, Associate Professor M. T. Akhmedova was awarded the Medal of Excellence of Morality of the Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the occasion of October 1 - the Day of Teachers and Trainers.
