SCIENTIFIC COUNCILS

The University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan has Scientific Councils for the following degrees:

1) Academic Council No. DSc.32/28.02. 2022.Yu.74.02, awarding scientific degrees at the Public Safety University of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the decision of the Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.105/4-2 dated January 31, 2023 Defenses in the following specialties are organized at The Scientific Council This Scientific Council has the authority to establish a One-time Scientific Council for the following specialties:

12.00.01 – "Theory and history of state and law. History of Legal Teachings"

12.00.02 – "Constitutional law. Administrative law. Finance and Customs Law"

12.00.08 – "Criminal law. Criminal-Executive Law"

12.00.09 – "Criminal procedure. Criminalistics, operational-search activities law and forensics"

The Scientific Council has the authority to establish a one-time Academic Council on the following specialties:

12.00.03 – "Civil law. Business law. Family law. Private International Law"

12.00.04 – "The right of civil procedure. The right of due process. Arbitration and Mediation"

12.00.05 – "Labor law. Right to Social Security"

12.00.06 – "The law of natural resources. Agrarian law. Environmental Law"

12.00.07 – "Judicial power. Prosecutor's supervision. Organization of law enforcement activities. Advocacy"

12.00.15 – "Criminology"

13.00.02 – "Theory and methods of education and training (on the specialties)

 

2) By the decision of the Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 31, 2023 No.105/4-2, in the closed Academic Council DSc.32/28.02. 2022.Yu.74.02 for awarding scientific degrees at the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan defenses are organized in the following specialties:

21.02.03 "Military law, military problems of international law (legal sciences)"

The Academic Council has the authority to establish a one-time Academic Council on the following specialties:

21.02.03 – "Military law, military problems of international law (military sciences)"

21.00.00 - All military disciplines.

 

3) By the decision of the Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 30, 2024 No. 358/2, the Academic Council DSc.32/30.07.2024.Yu.74.03 granting scientific degrees at the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan organizes defenses in the following specialties:
