SCIENTIFIC COUNCILS

Since 2018, the Faculty of Post-Higher Education has been operating as a "Center for the Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel". According to the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 15, 2021 "On measures to further improve the system of training professional personnel in the field of public safety" No. PQ-5077, the National Guard Military-Technical Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan was reorganized as a security university. The Center for the Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel was reorganized as the Faculty of Post-Higher Education.

The university has all facilities for researchers. In particular, by the decision of the Directorate of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan 12.00.01 - "Theory and history of the state and law. History of legal doctrines", 12.00.02 - "Constitutional law. Administrative law. Finance and customs law", 12.00.08 - "Criminal law, prevention of offenses. Criminologist. Criminal-executive law", 12.00.09 - "Criminal procedure. "Criminalistics, investigative law and forensic examination" specializations, an open academic council numbered DSc.32/30.12.2020.Y.74.01, which awards the scientific degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences, was established. the right Family law. International private law", 12.00.04 - "Civil procedural law. Economic procedural law. Arbitration process and mediation", 12.00.05 - "Labor law. The right to social security", 12.00.06 - "The right to natural resources. Agrarian law. Environmental law", 12.00.07 - "Judicial authority. Prosecutor's supervision. Organization of law enforcement activities. Advocacy", 12.00.10 - "International Law" and 13.00.02 - "Theory and Methodology of Education and Training (by fields)" are authorized to receive a one-time Scientific Council.

Also, by the decision of the Directorate of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 21.02.03, a permanent closed academic council numbered DSc.32/28.02.2022.Y.74.02 was established from the specialty of legal sciences "Military law, military problems of international law", and this 21.01.06 at the Council - "Military education and training, combat training, selection and placement of personnel, management of the daily activities of the troops (including the types of Armed Forces, the rear of the Armed Forces, by types of troops and special units) ” from the specialization of military, technical, pedagogic and psychological branches of science and other military sciences, the authority to open a one-time Scientific Council was given.

By the decision of the Directorate of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan 12.00.14 - "Prevention of offenses. Ensuring public safety. "Probation activity" permanent open academic council numbered DSc.32/05.05.2023.Y.74.03 of the specialty of legal sciences was established. This Scientific Council was established inter-institutionally in cooperation with the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Scientific and Practical Research Center for Public Security Issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Center for the Study of Road Traffic Safety Problems.
