Special-tactical training in the department of "Special-tactical training and combat application" - professional-specialized knowledge and skills for cadets (students) in the field of planning, organization, management and combat-service activities of units in the field of public safety. and training is a special military science aimed at forming and improving professional competence in them.
The department of "Special tactical training" has been operating since 1990, when the higher courses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the former Soviet Union were established. Today, the department of "Special tactical training" is one of the main and leading departments of the Military-Technical Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan. has a position of z. Reorganized on November 17, 2017. In 1990-2003, the former department was called "Tactics of Internal Troops", and in 2003-2004, it was called "Tactics and Special Training". The department was reorganized on the basis of the Decision No. 356-357 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 23, 2004, and since 2004 it has been called the "Special Tactical Training" department.
The department conducts its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", "On the National Program of Personnel Training", 9 of 1997 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Resolution No. 469 of October "On measures to ensure the legality of regulatory documents of ministries, state committees and agencies" and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 9/2003 "Regulation on Higher Education" approved by Order No. 9 of January and "Model Regulation on Chairs of Higher Education Institution" approved by Order No. 487 of December 3, 2011 and the decisions of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis, decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, normative legal documents of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and is being organized based on the orders and instructions of the head of the university.

Providing professional (quick, combat-service) knowledge, skills, qualifications, formation and improvement of professional competence to students in the field of public safety provision;
Determining and ensuring a consistent learning sequence of special-tactical training in a single complex with related disciplines;
Introduction of modern educational principles to the process of special-tactical training; development of advanced pedagogical technology (innovative methodology), their effective application in the process of special-tactical training;
Development of a mechanism for selection, preparation and effective use of educational material base in accordance with the purpose and content of special-tactical training;
Determining the role and place of management bodies, units, military servicemen (employees), cadets (students) in the process of special tactical training, setting requirements for their professional and methodical training.

In order to ensure the educational process from a methodological point of view, 1 educational manual was prepared by the sole author, 2 textbooks were co-authored, 2 educational manuals were prepared and applied to the educational process. He is the author of 17 scientific articles in scientific journals, 1 of which is co-authored by SCOPUS, 6 theses to foreign journals, 10 theses to our republic's journals, 8 theses at foreign conferences, and 14 theses at republican conferences.

A cooperation agreement was concluded between the Department of "Military Art" of the Academy of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Department of "Special Tactical Training" of the Public Safety University of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
