Purpose of the department:

It consists in training, retraining and professional development of professional personnel in the field of Finance and economics for all ministries and departments of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and law enforcement bodies, as well as relevant state and economic management bodies.

• In the field of educational and methodological work-the organization of educational work aimed at the formation of highly qualified specialists in the areas and specialties of education “economics” and “economic security” using innovative teaching methods;
• In the field of scientific and methodological work-the development of scientific and methodological foundations of the educational process, the provision of educational and methodological materials, the introduction of modern educational technologies that, having studied foreign experience in this area, serve to improve the productivity and quality of education and efficiency of professors and teachers;
• In the field of research work-priority tasks of economic, banking and financial, investment, tax – budget, economic security reforms carried out in the country, taking into account advanced world experience and international standards, priority areas for Public Safety, Implementation of research work and implementation of their results;
• In the field of organizational and methodological work – assessment of the quality of Education, conducting its analysis, as well as the effective organization of other organizational and methodological activities;
• In the field of spiritual and moral and educational work – to promote the spiritual, intellectual, physical and moral maturation of cadets, students and listeners and to respect national values, to foster patriotism, a sense of citizenship, tolerance, respect for laws, national and universal values, to be able to resist harmful influences and currents, to have firm confidence and views on life, to feel their responsibility before the state and society, to be;
• Scientific-implementation of specific targeted work on the formation of a system of training scientific and pedagogical personnel with pedagogical skills.

• Deputy head of the department A.D.Anarkulov was awarded the badge “heroic courage glory” by order of the Minister of Defense No. 0438 of August 8, 2008.
• Deputy head of the department A.D.Anarkulov was awarded the badge of the 25th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017.
• Teacher of the Department G.A.Alimova received a degree in Philosophy (PhD) in Economic Sciences in June 2019.
• Associate professor of the department, A.A.Bazarov received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economic Sciences in July 2019.
• According to the resolution of the HAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 29, 2017 A.A.Mamatov was sazavor to the title of professor.
• According to the resolution of the HAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 30, 2019, E. Sh.Shadmanov was sazavor to the title of professor.
• According to the decision of the HAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 27, 2020 A.A.Abdurasulov was sazavor for the title of associate professor.
• According to the resolution of the HAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 4, 2021 A.D.Anarqulov was sazavor to the title of associate professor.
• According to the resolution of the HAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 31, 2021 D.I.Irgashev was sazavor to the title of associate professor.
• According to the resolution of the HAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 4, 2021 A.A.Bazarov was sazavor for the title of associate professor.
• According to the decision of the HAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 4, 2021, J.J.Ormonov was sazavor to the title of professor.
• According to the resolution of the HAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 30, 2021 M.S.Abdullayeva was sazavor to the title of professor.
• Deputy head of the department A.D.Anarkulov was awarded the badge “excellence in spirituality” according to the order of the commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 19, 2021 No. 205.
• Professor of the Department Abdullayeva Mavlyuda Sadikovna was awarded the badge “excellence in spirituality” on the occasion of October 1, 2021 “teachers 'and coaches' day”.
• Senior Teacher of the Department Mukhamedov Mukhamadali Mustafoyevich was awarded a commemorative badge “30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” on the occasion of Independence Day.
• Associate professor of the department A.A.Abdurasulovich was awarded the memorable badge “30 years of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan” on the occasion of the day of defenders of the Motherland on January 14, 2021.
• Associate professor of the department A.G.Alisherovna was awarded a commemorative badge “30 years of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan” on the occasion of the day of defenders of the Motherland on January 14, 2021.
• Professor M.S.Under the leadership of Abdullayeva, 3 Cadets won prestigious places at the Republican Science Olympiad: in 2020, the 1st place in the discipline” theory of Economics " was awarded to Azamzhonov U.U. 131 group, 3rd place Temurbekov A.E. 131 Group, 1st place in 2021 in the discipline “Micro-Macroeconomics " - Niyazimbetov I.  422 Group, 2nd place-Azamjonov U.U. 131 group 
• Professor A.M.At the Republican Science Olympiad under the leadership of Mamatov, 1 cadet won prestigious places: 1st place-Turdimuritov E. - 422 groups, with the participation of 50 OTMs in 2021 on the subject “Theory of Economics”.

• The Ministry of innovation development of the Republic of Uzbekistan has prepared a practical project on the topic “creating an electronic platform for food supply of military and militarized educational institutions on the basis of digital transformation” for participation in the competition of innovative projects intended to be carried out in 2023-2024 within the framework of state programs on scientific activity.
  S.Abdullayeva was awarded a 1st Degree Diploma as the best speaker at the 3rd International Scientific and practical conference “Professionalnoe stanovlenie lichnosti XXI Veka V sisteme neprerivnogo obrazovaniya: theory, Praktika I perspective” held on 16 December 2022.
   M.S.Abdullayeva was awarded a commemorative wristwatch of the head of the University on 7 March 2022.

• Head of the Department oribosari Anarkulov A.D.  On January 14, 2023, he was awarded the “morale officer” badge for the 31st anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Senior Teacher of the Department Zurapov A.U. On the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he was awarded the badge “dedicated officer of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

• Professor of the Department Shadmanov E.Sh.he was awarded an honorary plaque on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Associate professor of the Department Irgashev D.I. On November 7, 2022, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in philosophy for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.07 - Finance, money circulation and credit at the Tashkent State University of Economics. 
  
• Senior Teacher of the Department Zurapov A.U. On may 27, 2023, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in philosophy for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.07 - Finance, money circulation and credit at the Tashkent State University of Economics.
• Professor of the Department Bozorov A.A. On September 13, 2023, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on “improving the methodology of taxation of individuals in Uzbekistan” at the Tashkent State University of economics for the degree of 08.00.07 - doctor of Economic Sciences (DSc) in the specialty of Finance, money circulation and credit.

• The head of the department, Doctor of Economic Sciences (DSc), professor Urmonov Jahangir Jaloldinovich, was awarded the medal "Devoted employee of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan" on the occasion of "Teachers and Trainers' Day on October 1".

   

• Professor of the department Valiyev Bobur Batirovich received the certificate of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) after completing the training course on Access to Islamic finance and Haj fund management & Haj operations post pandemic 2022.

   

• Professor of the department, i.f.d. Valiyev Bobur Batirovich passed the exam to determine the level of the English language and obtained a language certificate (B2 (Upper intermediate) level).

On December 22, 2021, a cooperation agreement was concluded between the Department of “theory of economics "of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek and the Department of "Economic Sciences" of the University of public safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On December 22, 2021, a cooperation agreement was concluded between the Departments of “economic security”, “Fundamental economics”, “taxes and insurance work”, “Finance” and the Department of “Economic Sciences” of the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On December 23, 2021, a cooperation agreement was concluded between the Department of “economic and Social Sciences” of the Customs institute of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Department of “Economic Sciences” of the University of public safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On December 24, 2021, a cooperation agreement was concluded between the Department of “Finance” of the Tashkent Financial institute and the Department of “Economic Sciences” of the University of public safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On December 25, 2021, a cooperation agreement was concluded between the Departments of “Accounting and audit” of “taxes and taxation” of the Fiscal Institute under the state tax committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Department of “Economic Sciences” of the University of public safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A total of 38 scientific developments were prepared by the professors and teachers of the department during the academic years 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021. 13 textbooks, 15 manuals, 10 copyright certificates and patents were obtained.
