Procedure for admission to the master's degree
Admission to the Graduate Faculty of the University of Public Security is carried out according to the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on measures to further improve the system of training of professional personnel in the field of Public Security” No. 5077 of April 15, 2021 and the Decree No. 500 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 6, 2021 “on approval carried.
The University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan accepts students for master's degree programs in the following specialties:
Listeners (military personnel, employees):
- Command and staff activities of operational and tactical support of public safety;
- Command and staff activities of educational and psychological support;
- Command and engineering activities of security support;
- Legal support of public safety;
- Economic security.
Students (civilians):
- Psychology;
- Theory and practice of application of criminal law;
- Economics.
Selection and admission of military personnel (employees) of an officer position to the Master's degree program of the University
Graduate School of the university enrolls military clerks(staff) with 5 years or more of service experience who are not over 45 years of age by December 31 of the year of enrollment serving at least as a “major” officer.
As an exception, military personnel who graduated with honors from the University Baccalaureate, were appointed to a position, made significant achievements in research (published scientific articles, participated in the development of educational literature, received invention patents and certificates), and were recommended according to the decision of the joint meeting of the relevant departments, can participate in competitions for admission to graduate school, provided that
The provision of money set for the last occupied position of persons enrolled in the magistracy is maintained throughout the period of study.
In order to qualitatively idolize the contingent of University Master's listeners, qualification exams and tests in a foreign language (for those who do not have national or international certificates of a specified level confirming the degree of knowledge of a foreign language) and physical training are held.
The organization of admission to the master's degree program is carried out according to the following scheme.

1. Acceptance and transfer to the personnel authorities of the report and the relevant documents of the candidates. 2. Submit the documents to the admissions committee.

Helding selection exams with candidates: - Professional competences; - foreign language (English, German); - physical training. Candidates who have successfully passed the qualifying exams are allowed to the test exams. |

Admission of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Master's degree program of the University
According to the results of the selection, persons with a bachelor's degree or a specialist's diploma are accepted to the master's degree program of the University on a payment-contract basis.
Admission to the master's degree is carried out among citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who have a bachelor's degree or a specialist diploma, only in one of the specialties of the list of related areas of education (for admission to the master's degree) approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
The amount of education fees based on a payment-contract agreement is determined by the Board of Trustees based on the amount of reasonable expenses related to the education of one student.
Admission to the master's degree program of the University is carried out on the basis of the average score of the bachelor's degree of the applicant and the score of the corresponding national or international certificate of proficiency in a foreign language, strictly observing the sequence of scoring, additional exams are not appropriated.
