According to the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 9, 2021, DP-5215 "On measures to introduce a fundamentally updated system of raising orphans and children deprived of parental care", "Military patriotism, spiritual and educational education and youth of social work Department " was established at the Public Safety University.

Purpose of the Department:

     It was established for the purpose of forming parenting potentials related to the upbringing, care, health protection, social adaptation, education and all-round development of guardians, as well as developing the knowledge and practical skills of guardians in the field of child psychology and pedagogy.

• IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL AFFAIRS - organization of educational activities aimed at the formation of highly qualified specialists in educational and psychological education areas and specialties using innovative methods of teaching.

  Regular updating of curriculum and programs;

• IN THE FIELD OF SCIENTIFIC-METHODICAL AFFAIRS - development of the scientific-methodical foundations of the educational process, provision of teaching-methodical materials, study of foreign experience in this field, the labor productivity and quality and effectiveness of the teaching staff introduction of modern educational technologies that serve to improve;

   

• IN THE FIELD OF SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH WORKS - priority tasks of educational and psychological reforms implemented in the country, taking into account the advanced world experience and international standards, priority directions for ensuring public safety, carrying out scientific research works and ensuring that their results are put into practice;

  Organization of lessons using modern forms and methods of teaching, advanced pedagogical and information technologies.

   

• IN THE FIELD OF ORGANIZATIONAL-METHODICAL WORKS - assessment of the quality of education, conducting its analysis, as well as effective organization of other organizational-methodical activities;

   

• IN THE FIELD OF SPIRITUAL-MORAL AND EDUCATIONAL AFFAIRS - to help students and listeners to mature spiritually, intellectually, physically and morally and to respect national values, patriotism, sense of citizenship, tolerance, laws, national and education in the spirit of respect for universal values.

Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Rejametova Irada Ikramshikovna was awarded the medal "Excellence of Spirituality" on the occasion of the "Day of Teachers and Trainers" on October 1, in accordance with the order of the Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 205 dated September 21, 2022.

Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Rejametova Irada Ikramshikovna was awarded the badge "For services in educating the young generation in the spirit of patriotism" based on the decision of September 30, 2022.

The deputy head of the department, Orinov Davron Khayitbayevich, was awarded the commemorative medal "30 years to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan", established according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 1, 2021.

In 2020, a cooperation agreement was signed between the department and the departments of social sciences, pedagogy and psychology of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of educational, methodological and scientific activity development.

In 2020, a cooperation agreement was signed between the department and the Departments of Pedagogy and General Psychology of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek in the field of development of educational, methodological and scientific activities.
