Purpose of the Department:
The department is engaged in educational, methodological, scientific, spiritual and educational activities, as well as providing comprehensive support to parents, members of family orphanages who have received or intend to receive children deprived of parental care; strengthening the spiritual and moral environment in families and improving the professional knowledge, abilities and skills of parents caught in health; strengthening the legal, psychological, pedagogical and spiritual
