EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT
The educational and methodological department - is the one of the main structures of the University, it is the main body of organization and management of the educational process.
The main tasks of the educational and methodological department are to:
- State the educational standards of variety fields, educational direction and organizing the development of qualification requirements and to conduct the training plans for specialties;
- development of the schedule of the educational process for every month of one academic year and implementation of planning and control of the educational process based on this schedule during the academic year;
- training of highly educated specialists who can meet the requirements of the times, development and implementation of mechanisms of integration of education with science and creative, innovative productivity;
- HQ organization of the knowledge of cadets (students, trainees) control about final state attestations in subjects and defense of graduation (qualification), master's thesis; Diploma of the model prescribed for university graduates and organizing the issuance of academic references;
- moreover, they are responsible for the creating conditions on improving the professional skills of university’s professors and teachers, in order to monitor activities of professors and teachers and to organize impartial and fair determination of their rating at the end of the academic year;
- development of projects and legal documents (regulations, instructions, orders, etc.) related to the organization of the educational process at the university;
- audience fund distribution.
The Department organizes and supervises the educational process aimed at training highly qualified specialists for the National Guard and other law enforcement agencies, coordinates the educational process in cooperation with departments, battalions, structural departments (divisions) and training courses, carried out the tasks in the field of education, studies, analyses the improved forms and methods of education, as well as practical experiences in the educational process, moreover the department is responsible for coordination of activities on the methodological support of the educational process, introduction of new educational technologies and modern teaching tools and foreign best practices into the educational process, and also for the improvement of the professional skills of professors and teachers, organization of cooperation with other military and civilian higher education institutions on educational and methodological issues, and performs coordination tasks as well.
