Procedure for selecting candidates for correspondence learning

 

Active military personnel (employees) of the National Guard who have at least three years of military service (service) and are not older than thirty-five years (except for persons with higher education) can be accepted for correspondence learning. University. The term of study in the form of correspondence education is four years for persons without higher education, three years for persons with higher education on a fee-based contract basis.

Military personnel (employees) who have at least three years of military service (service) in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other law enforcement agencies may be accepted for correspondence studies at the University on the basis of additional quotas determined annually by the Security Council on a fee-based contract basis.

The cost of tuition fees based on the contract agreement is determined by the decision of the University Board of Trustees based on the amount of reasonable expenses associated with the training of one student.

Military personnel and employees of the National Guard, law enforcement agencies and other ministries and departments that are part of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who have expressed a desire to study in the form of correspondence studies at the University, should apply to their supervisors at the place of service from April 1 to May 1 of each year (also on this day) with an application (indicating the direction of training, the language of instruction, the form (having graduated from a higher educational institution or not having a higher education), in which foreign language to take the test, who has a military certificate of recommendation, its number and the chosen direction of study of the second university).

Based on the reports of military personnel and employees, the collection and study of candidate documents are organized by the personnel bodies at the duty stations annually in the period from 2 to 30 May. At the end of studying the documents, the candidates' documents will be collected and issued. Candidates should have the following documents in their portfolio:

  • application of the candidate with the name of the field of study;
  • resume;
  • extract from the last appointment order;
  • copy of information documents (certificate, diploma with attachment);
  • service description.

certificate of authorization of the appropriate form of admission to work with information constituting a state secret.

Personal files (documents) of candidates are submitted to the Admissions Committee before June 15 of each year.

Admission of candidates to the correspondence form of higher education is carried out by conducting test tests.
