In the Order of the head of State on preparation for the holiday of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 16, 2023, “Constitution — a popular state, the basis of sustainable development and a prosperous life!", that we are the main body that embodies the main idea of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in addition to the need to adequately meet and celebrate the day of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan at a high level, to chip citizens around the ideas of democracy, freedom and equality, social justice and solidarity established in our Basic Law. Taking into account the above conceptual ideas, on December 4 of this year, at the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the initiative of the Department of “State Legal Sciences and Human Rights”, an international scientific and practical conference on “legal, social, secular state with the people's Constitution: scientific analysis and practical solutions” was held. In it, constitutional scientists from prestigious higher educational institutions of countries such as Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Belarus took an active part with their lectures and their opinions and comments on the part of the discussion. It should be noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition is closely related to the concepts of social justice, freedom and equality, relying on a completely new concept based on the principles of human rights priority, social justice in determining the legal status of Man and state, in which for the first time the concepts of human rights priority, human In the new norms of our Constitution, one can confidently emphasize that the main focus is on ensuring the sustainable development of Man, society and the state. With the passage of the Basic Law in the new edition, a more solid constitutional-legal framework was created in this regard. Consequently, new Uzbekistan has once again demonstrated its strong commitment to international obligations in these areas.
