The magnitude of the importance of language proficiency in a person's life is undeniable. In particular, knowledge of foreign languages, including Russian, along with the Uzbek language of military personnel, creates various opportunities in work. Professors and teachers of the Department of " Learning language " of the Public Safety University of the Republic of Uzbekistan teach Russian, English, Chinese, Arabic, German to cadets and students of the University. Cadets prepare for tests that determine the level of language proficiency by attending clubs and additional classes organized in different languages during extracurricular time. In particular, the teacher of the Russian language of the department, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, associate Professor Farida Zikirillaevna Umarova, commander of the 4th cadets battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Akramov Zhurabek Mamasolievich and commander of the 1st cadets battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Umrbek Adilbekovich Bardiev as well as with the practical support and the group commanders’ help that trained cadets for 4 months. As a result of these actions, 8 cadets of the 1st-2nd year cadets of the university passed the TRKI-III test at the testing center at the Tashkent branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University, which determined the level of knowledge of the Russian language, and received an international certificate for the C1 level.
