The Faculty of Bachelor’s Degree at the initiative of the Department of Ensuring Public Safety of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the 3rd cadet battalion, held a competition for constitutional experts under the motto “The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the key to a free and prosperous life”, dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the Constitution. The competition was attended by the teaching staff of the department “Ensuring public safety”, graduate students studying in the specialty “Public safety”, as well as members of the military scientific circle of cadets “Public safety shields”, created at the Department of “Ensuring public safety“, “Lawyers” and “Updating” of the direction “Command and tactical activities of security units”, “Human rights defenders” of the direction “Activities to maintain public order”, “Law enforcement’s” of the specialty of “Migration and registration of citizenship”, “Traffic light” of the specialty “Road safety activities”. This competition included 3 conditions: 1 Condition  consisted of quick questions and answers about the Constitution, 2 Condition consisted of intellectual questions about the Constitution and 3 condition  consisted of a statement based on the articles of the Constitution. In the uncompromisingly held competition, “Public safety shields“, created at the Department of “Ensuring public safety” took the honorable 3rd place, “Law enforcement’s”, of the specialty of “Migration and registration of citizenship” is awarded with honorable 2nd place, and the “Traffic light” of the specialty “Road safety activities” won the 1st place of honor. The winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts, as well as books of the Constitution were presented to all participants of the event. The aim of the competition is to unite citizens on the basis of the ideas of people’s power established by the Constitution, human dignity, freedom and equality, social justice and solidarity, as well as to increase the constitutional knowledge of cadets and students of our university and educate them in the spirit of observing the laws and love for the Constitution.
