On November 30 of this year, the Department of Special Legal Sciences and Military Diplomacy held a republican scientific-practical conference on the topic "Prospects for improving pre-investigation verification of criminal offenses of military personnel." The conference was attended by the Military court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Military Prosecutor's Office, the National Guard, the Ministry of Defense, the Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Security forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Academy of the Armed Forces, the Customs Institute, Tashkent State Law University, law enforcement agencies, the Ministry of Information, practical staff of the Military Institute of Communication Technologies and Communications, Specialized training center of the National Guard, teaching staff of higher educational institutions, as well as students of the Master's degree of the University of Public Safety. Following the results of the conference, it was decided to send the speakers’ and participants’ theoretical conclusions developed on the basis of scientific analyses and proposals for improving legislation and law enforcement practice governing pre-trial investigative activities in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the respective organizations.
