The delegation headed by Major General Lut Sapuovich Alchekenov, head of Elbasi National Defense University named after the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, made an official visit to the Univerity of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan as part of the visit to the Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main goal of this visit is to discuss the prospects of bilateral cooperation in the field of personnel training, as well as to exchange ideas on the establishment of educational processes after higher education. During the visit, a meeting was organized with the participation of a number of military personnel under the leadership of the head of the University, Colonel Mirzayusup Khakimovich Rustambayev, in the building of the Information Resource Center of the Public Security University of the Republic of Uzbekistan. At the beginning of the meeting, the Head of the University expressed his gratitude to the members of the delegation for the visit made in order to develop bilateral cooperation. At the same time, it was discussed that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum and protocol with higher military educational institutions in 2021, and that bilateral cooperation is being carried out in accordance with the principles of this cooperation.

Also, the head of the delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Major General Lut Sapuovich Alchekenov, expressed his satisfaction with the organized event and expressed special interest in the educational processes organized at the University. Representatives of the delegation received detailed answers to their questions regarding the organization of hybrid educational processes, including military and civilian courses, the organization of post-higher education activities, and specialty areas.

During the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness for mutually beneficial agreements on the development of bilateral cooperation relations.
