The processes of drawing up documents of candidates who expressed a desire to enter the University of public safety for the 2022/2023 academic year have begun:

In accordance with the decision of PP–5077 "on measures to further improve the system of training professional personnel in the field of Public Security", the National Guard Military-Technical Institute was reorganized as the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this regard, training in a number of undergraduate areas and graduate specialties was introduced at the University.

In accordance with the decree of August 6, 500 "on approval of the regulation on the procedure for selection and admission of candidates to the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the undergraduate of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan (next places-the university) will be able to qualify and enroll candidates for full – time and part-time

In accordance with the charter, the admissions committee will begin its activities on February 1.

Today, the current year by the aggregating agencies

From February 1, the acceptance of applications (notifications) began from candidates who expressed a desire to enter the University's full-time undergraduate program. The process of accepting applications (notifications)will continue until March 20 of this year (even on this day).

Expressed a desire to enter the University:

citizens apply to the Departments of defense affairs at their place of residence or to the territorial units of the Ministry of internal affairs (next – to the relevant territorial bodies), based on Educational Directions, military personnel (personnel) apply to the military unit (institution) where they are serving.

On the basis of the received applications (notices), documents are drawn up in accordance with the procedure established by the relevant territorial bodies and military units (institutions).

Paperwork is carried out in the following order in the areas of Education:

a) through the Departments of Defense Affairs:

"Command and tactical activities of troops performing special tasks";

"Educational and psychological support of service activities";

"Legal security";

"Legal provision of international military cooperation";

"Economic security";

"Command and engineering activities on the use of detection and guard systems";

"Command and tactical activities of guard units".

b) through the territorial divisions of the Ministry of internal affairs:

"Command and tactical activities of the road patrol service";

"Command and tactical activities of patrol-post service";

"Legal provision of the passport system".

The following documents are submitted to the relevant territorial bodies by candidates wishing to enter the University:

application (notification);

a copy of the conscript's registration certificate or military ID;

biography;

to the questionnaire;

description and reference from the place of study, work or service (if studying, working or doing the service) ;

6 photos measuring 3 x 4 cm (without headgear and corners) as well as 4 photos measuring 4.5 x 6 cm (without headgear);

letter of consent of his parents to enter the University;

Documents confirming the right to use benefits when entering a university (original and copy);

Candidates wishing to enter the educational direction "legal provision of international military cooperation" received 5.5 points in IELTS – internationally recognized programs on the level of knowledge of a foreign language

and higher, 72 points or higher in TOEFL, TDN3 and higher in TestDaF, participate in the competition for admission to the University when the DELF has a certificate of B2 and higher or a certificate of qualification of State sample V2 and higher.

The following documents are requested by the relevant territorial bodies independently of the relevant state bodies and organizations, including the" e-government " system through the interdepartmental integration platform:

copy of identity document;

copy of birth certificate;

a copy of the documents (original and copy) and the rating book (assessment sign) on the information (general medium, secondary special, primary professional, secondary professional, secondary special professional).

When submitting documents by candidates, a passport (identification ID card) or a replacement document, a birth certificate, a certificate of record of the conscript or a military ID of the conscript are indicated in person.

The following documents are additionally provided to the place of service by military personnel who wish to enter the University along with the above documents:

Documents on recommendation for admission to the University (for military personnel undergoing conscription-an extract from the minutes of the general meeting of the military unit);

a recommendation issued by commanders (Chiefs) of military units (institutions) and units.

In order to collect, study and summarize information about candidates, as well as assess their physical fitness (for undergraduate areas of Education - individual-psychological characteristics, for Master's specialties – professional training and foreign language – obtaining qualifying exams) and recommend taking test tests, preliminary qualifying work is organized by the collecting agencies.

During the initial qualifying, the following events are organized and held:

collection and study of documents;

individual talk;

medical examination;

individual-psychological learning;

assessment of the level of universal training.

Collection and study of documents. It is held annually from February 1 to March 31 (even on this day), using the method of collecting and studying documents, analyzing the results, planning collection and systematization of information about the candidate, assessing his social activity, political and legal culture, spiritual qualities and professional abilities.

Talk alone. An individual interview is conducted with the aim of clarifying various information about candidates (marital status, attitude of parents and close relatives to military service), determining the reasons for choosing an officer's profession, assessing the level of assimilation and mastery of foreign languages in an educational institution. An individual conversation is conducted with young people – by the heads of departments of the relevant territorial bodies, with military personnel – by military units (institutions), commanders (Chiefs) of units. In this case, an individual interview is held within 10 days from the date of application of the candidate with the application (notification).

Medical examination. Primary medical examination is carried out only by medical commissions under the relevant territorial bodies for young people annually from February 1 to March 31 (also on this day).

The final medical examination is carried out annually from April 1 to May 20 (even on this day), when all mandatory diagnostic and diagnostic examinations are carried out by the Military-Medical commissions under the relevant territorial bodies for young people and military personnel.

Candidates who are recognized as unfit to study at the university due to their state of health are not placed in the next stages of preliminary selection.

Medical examination of candidates is carried out in the following order in the areas of Education:

In accordance with the regulation on medical examination in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the period of peace and war, approved by the decree of December 25, PP-4076;

"Command and tactical activities of the road patrol service"," command and tactical activities of the patrol-post service"," legal provision of the passport system " for Educational Directions-Cabinet of Ministers 2017

In accordance with the regulation on the procedure for organizing a medical examination and conducting a military-medical examination in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Resolution No. 764 of September 26.

Criteria for anthropometric indicators of candidates are determined depending on the chosen specialty in accordance with the requirements for admission to the military service (service)of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies.

Assessment of the level of individual-psychological study activities and universal training with candidates is carried out annually from May 1 to May 30 (on the same day) by specialists included in the admissions committee in the relevant territorial bodies on the basis of a plan approved by the chairman of the admissions committee.

Personal documents of candidates who have successfully passed the initial qualification and are allowed to participate in test tests are sent to the admissions committee by the relevant territorial bodies and military units (institutions) until June 10 of each year after the full formalization of the summaries.

Information about candidates allowed by the admissions committee to participate in test tests is submitted annually to the state test center until the beginning of the acceptance of documents for The Bachelor's degree of higher educational institutions.

Admission of candidates to university is carried out on the basis of the results of the tests provided by the state testing center (except for candidates who have the right to enroll outside the competition and without test tests).
