As everyone knows, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, suggested that 2023 be named the "Year of attention to people and quality education" in our country, and it was emphasized that the improvement of the quality of education is the only correct way of development of New Uzbekistan. Currently, the most effective forms and means of training qualified specialists are being developed in the personnel training policy of the leading countries of the world. The power of any country is determined by the potential of mature personnel formed in this region. According to the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 15, 2021 PQ-5077, the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established and, among others, the Armed Forces and other law enforcement agencies, state and economic management bodies with their own security structures, engineering and technical, was designated as a basic higher military education and scientific-research institution that carries out targeted training of qualified personnel in the field of organization and implementation of security activities. As part of the construction and reconstruction works currently being carried out at the University, the educational and material technical base was equipped in accordance with international standards. In particular, the special training-laboratory base of the "Engineering and technical support of security" department, which prepares highly qualified personnel in the fields of undergraduate education and master's degrees in the field of security, was also re-equipped. The General Directorate of Security of the National Guard made a significant contribution to these works and generously helped to equip special classrooms of the department with integrated security and video surveillance systems such as "Pritok-A", "TEKO". In this regard, we would like to express our gratitude to the Deputy Commander of the National Guard - Head of the General Directorate of Guarding, Ma'murjon Jamoliddinovich Ganiyev and his team, and we are sure that the mutual cooperation relations will be strengthened in the future.
