On March 27, 2025, at the initiative of the Special Faculty of Public Safety University of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the II Republican Scientific and Practical conference of students on the theme "Scientific and innovative initiatives of modern youth: new approaches and transformations" was organized. This year, more than 700 articles from about 80 states and non-state higher educational institutions of our republic were submitted to the conference, and in total, more than 100 lectures were given by students from more than 40 higher educational institutions at the plenary sessions. The significance of this year's conference has increased in all respects, and based on the articles submitted to the conference, collections of 9 parts were published. The importance of the conference is also evidenced by the fact that students from higher educational institutions of Bukhara, Kashkadarya, Samarkand, Namangan, Jizzakh and Syrdarya regions are directly participated in it, as well as the fact that higher educational institutions followed the work of the conference through an online platform. At the same time, a collection of proposals and initiatives of conference participants and higher educational institutions in the areas of developing science among young people, using modern technologies and methods in providing quality education, and social protection was also published separately and is intended for distribution to governmental and non-governmental organizations.
