According to the Decision No. PQ-345 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 4, 2022, "On additional measures to improve the activities of family orphanages", children who are deprived of their parents' care are being organized by a family orphanage or are being brought up by a family (patronage, guardianship, sponsorship). It is determined that the training of citizens is of urgent importance. According to this decision, the newly established Department of "Military-Patriotism, Spiritual-Educational Education and Social Work with Youth" at the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan will hold training courses for parents in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent in September 2022. from August to August 2023, they will organize mobile classes. In particular, on December 19-30, 2022, children deprived of parental care in Khlebushkina House of Mercy No. 22 by professors and teachers of the department of "Military-patriotism, spiritual-educational education and social work with youth" of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the city of Tashkent Citizens who expressed their desire to raise children were trained in parenting training courses. This "Training courses for deprived parents" provides the necessary opportunity for placing children deprived of parental care in families and for social, psychological and pedagogical monitoring of family orphanages. Because with the help of these courses, parents can establish direct contact with qualified specialists, social sector specialists, starting from the process of adopting a child into the family, adapting family members and the new family member to each other, to new relationships, to a new social life, and creating a mentally healthy environment in the family. they will have the opportunity to acquire their knowledge, skills and competences in matters such as creation. In particular, the aim of the training course is to provide all-round support to parents who have to choose alternative forms of placement of children deprived of parental care; to improve the professional knowledge, abilities and skills of parents involved in strengthening and improving the moral and moral environment in families; aimed at strengthening and improving the theoretical knowledge, skills and practical experience of the family institution. Before starting the training course, psychological diagnostics aimed at determining the level of emotional mental stability of citizens was carried out. Citizens who have successfully passed these diagnostic tests have the opportunity to study in a training course. The training program for Arrested Parents was developed by the professors of the Department of Military-Patriotism, Spiritual-Educational Education and Social Work with Youth of the Public Security University, taking into account the activities of the Family Orphanage and the characteristics of the child being taken into the family. The program consists of 6 modules, 18 topics, which include organizational issues, issues of social, psychological, and medical study of children deprived of parental care, organization of the educational process, social-psychological, pedagogical assistance, competences of detained parents, issues of family management and financial support are covered.Clause 3 of Resolution PQ-345 defines the tasks of attracting qualified, including foreign experts, to the process of organizing parental training courses. In connection with the implementation of this task, the details of the meeting with the representatives of UNICEF in Uzbekistan, the head of the Child Protection Program, Antonia Ludeke, and the national and international legal documents in the field of ensuring the rights of the child, the stages of social adaptation of the child in the family, and the ways to prevent the risks of violence and harm to children were discussed. video lessons of the lesson were shown. At the end of this training course, final exams were taken from these trainees in order to summarize the acquired knowledge. Exams were conducted in 2 stages. The parents of the 1st stage took a test based on the lessons taught by the professors during the course. After successfully passing these tests, at the 2nd stage, they presented a case study prepared on the issues of social protection of children. Certificates were ceremoniously presented to 13 step parents who successfully completed the training course in the Great Hall of the House of Mercy No. 22 named after Khlebushkina. Professors and teachers of the Department of Military-Patriotism, Spiritual-Educational Education and Social Work with Youth congratulated the citizens on the successful completion of the training course for Tutingan parents and wished them to justify the trust given to them in their future activities and to carry out self-sacrificing work. At the end of the event, the participants took a photo as a souvenir.
