Today, a solemn ceremony was held dedicated to the graduation of listeners who graduated from the Graduate School of the University of public security of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It is known that in 2017 the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established. In the past short period, a continuous system of Personnel Training was introduced in the National Guard system.
The specific practice of training, retraining and professional development of personnel in the National Guard system has been established, in particular, in order to prepare highly qualified specialists for the field of maintaining public order, combating crime, preventing any threat to the peace and tranquility of our country, in accordance with the decision of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021, In accordance with the decision of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 15, 2021 PQ–5077 "on measures to further improve the system of training of professional personnel in the field of Public Security", the University of Public Security was established on the basis of the Military-Technical Institute of the National Guard.
The quality of staff training was radically improved at the University, and training in 23 educational areas was introduced in place of the existing 5 educational areas. In particular, 10 courses in the form of full-time education and 3 on a universal basis, 2 in total for the form of part-time education, 15 Bachelor's degree courses and 5 military and 3 general staff training in a total of 8 Master's specialties were established.
To this end, for the academic year 2022/2023, a total of 46 military personnel in 5 specialties were enrolled in the magistracy. Including:
1. In the specialty "command and staff activities of rapid-tactical provision of Public Security" - 14 people;
2. In the specialty " command and staff activities of educational and psychological provision – - 12 people;
3. In the specialty "legal provision of Public Security" - 10 people;
4. In the specialty " command-engineering activities of providing protection activities – - 5 people;
5. In the specialty "economic security" - 5 people.
Of these, 28 are National Guardsmen, 6 are Ministry of Defence and 12 are Ministry of Home Affairs servicemen.
The educational process was organized by professors with a scientific degree and a scientific title. Research was carried out by listeners on the topics of the master's thesis, which is relevant today in the direction of research aimed at ensuring public safety. During the academic year, listeners published at least 5 scientific articles, 5 theses of each in scientific-practical Republican and foreign journals and collections.
The training was conducted mainly in connection with the practice. In particular, practical training was organized in cooperation with industry specialists in the Supreme Court of the Republic, The Tashkent City and district courts, the prosecutor's Office of the Republic, the IV criminalastic outposts, military outposts of the Ministry of Defense, the marquisate Office of the National Guard and The Tashkent City and regional departments, the National Guard Reserve Directorate.

Graduate graduates who were in the ranks were given educational training on the basis of a modern material and technical base in specialties by experienced professors and teachers over the past period. In the process of studying at the University, special importance was attached to their high professional training, the acquisition of the most advanced innovative knowledge and skills, the study of foreign languages. As a result, along with the rise of military and legal knowledge and skills of graduates, more patriotic, feelings of loyalty and perseverance were formed in their hearts.
According to the result of the work carried out:
1 listener received international v2 (CEFR) certificate in foreign language;
4 listeners received a certificate from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the official registration of the program created for electronic computing machines as part of their scientific work. In particular, - "software for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in guarding categorized objects"," armored (bulletproof) blinds", " technical guards. Textbook", "sistema trevojnogo opovesheniya - bong".
Speaking at the event, the head of the University, Colonel Rustambaev Mirzayusup Khakimovich, noted that for the first time graduates of the University graduate school, no matter what positions they serve in the future, show high qualities of responsibility, honesty and humility, remain faithful to their motherland, people and President for a lifetime. After that, the graduates were solemnly awarded master's degrees.
At the solemn event, Deputy Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan Colonel Mamayusupov Sarvar Dekhkonovich spoke and warmly congratulated the listeners of the magistracy with the fact that they graduated from the University magistracy, received the honorable title of Master. Then the state anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was played under the sounds of the military band.
