The University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Faculty of Post-Graduate Education, announces a competition for the positions of basic doctorate (PhD) and doctorate (DSc). Military servicemen of the National Guard in the position of officers participate in competitions in the following specialties: * 21.00.00 - on all branches of military sciences of military sciences specialties; * 21.02.03 - "Military law, military problems of international law" specialties. Doctorate (DSc) of the faculty of post-secondary education - 2 people. Doctoral studies (PhD) of the faculty of post-secondary education - 3 people. Study period - 3 years. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017 No. 304 "On measures to further improve the education system after higher education", the following documents are required from the candidates:
For PhD (DSc) candidates: notice letter; brief biographical reference (objective reference); a copy of a diploma of higher education, candidate of science or doctor of philosophy (PhD) or an equivalent scientific degree in foreign countries; a scientific report on the topic of research and a draft of a doctoral dissertation plan prepared for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc); list of published scientific works (3 scientific articles, 2 lecture theses), as well as their copies.
For PhD candidates: notice letter; brief biographical reference (objective reference); a copy of a master's degree of a higher educational institution or a diploma of completion of clinical residency (for medical sciences), higher education (for specialty programs); list of published scientific works (1 scientific article, 2 lecture theses), as well as their copies. Holders of the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall submit a copy of the relevant document. **Note: Entrance exams are carried out in 2 stages (1st stage foreign language ability, 2nd stage interview on specialty). In addition to the above documents, the candidates are requested to submit the thesis topic and plan, bibliographic texts to the commission. Documents will be accepted from September 15 to October 15 of this year.
