Children are the future of our world, life, and nation. Through their smiles, they inspire a curiosity for life and motivate us to take bold steps towards new horizons. For this reason, a child whose eyes radiate joy is like a swallow soaring freely in the sky. Since 1950, June 1, the first day of summer, has been celebrated as International Children's Protection Day under the auspices of the United Nations. On this day, various concert programs, exhibitions, fairs, and sports competitions are organized across the country for children. One such event was organized by the Department of "Educational and Psychological Support for Service Activities" at the University of Public Safety of Uzbekistan at School-Internat No. 100 in the Olmazor district. The celebration dedicated to International Children's Protection Day featured performances by the “Alvon Beretlar” artistic group, combat demonstration teams, students from the Master's program, and the university orchestra, along with students and teaching staff from the school-internat. The event began with a festive table set for the students and teachers of the school-internat, featuring a meal prepared by the department’s team. The artistic part of the event started with the orchestra, followed by combat demonstrations and performances by the “Alvon Beretlar” artistic group. At the conclusion of the celebration, the most active students were ceremoniously presented with commemorative gifts from the leadership of the University of Public Safety of Uzbekistan. This event not only brought joy to the students but also reinforced important qualities such as a determined life stance, confidence in the future, and a drive towards their goals.
