In order to fulfill the tasks established in the concept of development of the Uzbek language and improvement of language policy in the 2020-2030s, approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 20, 2020, the Republican scientific and practical conference on the topic ”Language-the mirror of the nation” is scheduled to be held on October 18, 2024 at 14.30 by the Department of “Learning languages”.
The purpose of the conference is to improve the quality of teaching of Uzbek as a native language and state language in higher educational institutions, as well as in higher military educational institutions, to focus the attention of scientists, professors, public on the problems of the field, to increase the role of Uzbek in educating young people in the spirit of patriotism, to discuss the popularization of Uzbek. Within the framework of the Republican scientific and practical conference it is supposed that articles and abstracts will be published on topics related to issues such as increasing the prestige of the Uzbek language, the role of the Uzbek language in the social life of our country and international arena, the relationship of the Uzbek language with other languages.
The working languages of the conference are Uzbek, Russian, English.
Scientific articles and theses of the participants of the conference will be accepted free of charge in electronic form to the Telegram address of those responsible for the collection by 20:00 on October 15, 2024. Articles and theses that meet the specified requirements are included in the conference package and submitted electronically to the participants.
At the Republican scientific and practical conference, specialists in the field, scientists, practitioners, professors and teachers of higher education institutions, doctoral students, independent researchers, undergraduates, gifted students, cadets can participate in the lecture and submit articles and theses.
Requirements for articles and theses submitted to the collection of materials of the scientific and Practical Conference of the Republic:
- Articles and abstracts of the Republican scientific and practical conference are accepted in Uzbek, Russian and English;
- The presentation of articles and theses should be on the current topic of the conference, based on scientific and completed opinions, with suggestions and recommendations;
- Articles written in Uzbek should be in the Latin alphabet;
- The fact that the texts of articles and theses have a margin of A4 in size, 2 cm from above and below, 3 cm from the left, 1.5 cm from the right;
- Text of articles and abstracts in Word text editor, Times New Roman font, 14 Kegels, at 1.5 intervals;
- Reference to source and literature within the main text should be in the form of [1] ;
- The volume of articles presented should be from 3 pages to 7 pages;
- The number of authors of one article or thesis does not exceed 2;
- In the first row of the title part of the article and theses, its name should be indicated, in the second row author's the name and last name, the place and position of the author's work, in the third row, the email and telephone number.
