On November 9-10, 2023, in accordance with the order No. 169 of the commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 25, 2018 and the order No. 526 of the head of the Public Security University of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 17, 2022, the Monitoring Commission for studying the activities of independent researchers in the fields of pedagogy and psychology at the University carried out his work.

According to the requirements of the “regulations on the procedure for awarding scientific degrees” and “regulations on the procedure for conducting qualification exams” of the Oak by the monitoring commission, he took an additional exam in case of non-compliance with the direction defended by a foreign language, qualification exams, base education; the number of articles published in Republican and international scientific journals, Republican and international conferences on; to clarify issues such as how many chapters ended, documents of 66 independent seekers were studied. Of this, 15% of independent researchers ' work on their research was found to be 85% -100% ready. Proposals and recommendations were made on the shortcomings identified in the monitoring process.
