On June 21, 2024, In Fergana region on the basis of the relevant assignment of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a mobile seminar-training aimed at increasing the effectiveness of a wayfaring seminar training aimed at increasing the efficiency of the "social prevention system” from severe crime situations was held by representatives of the neighborhoods.

In the mobile seminar, professors and teachers of the University of Public Safety, professors J. Ormonov, D. Mamatkulov, associate professors A. Achilov, Sh. Yuldashev, on the concept, essence and legal basis of social prevention, as well as social prevention objects of representatives of neighborhoods. Information was provided on preventive measures and the procedure for issuing documents. During the mobile meeting, the participants of the meeting were given relevant understandings of the concept of human rights, their content and international standards of their application, the main international documents on human rights and the description of national legislation.

At the end of the seminar training, a master-class training was held in connection with the work carried out on the organization of social prevention by the neighborhoods in the model "Shodiyona" district in the city of Fergana.
