In the current era of global changes, the factors that threaten human life are increasing more and more. One of them is unpleasant situations related to traffic accidents. Almost every day, we hear news about traffic accidents in different regions of the world through the mass media or the Internet. The saddest thing is that most of them end in death. It can be seen that road accidents are one of the main causes of premature death. According to the World Health Organization, more than 3.5 thousand people become victims of traffic accidents on the roads of our planet every day. It is a pity that 500 of them are schoolchildren. This means 1.3 million people in one year. At the meeting of the international organization held in Geneva in October 2021, the priority is to reduce the number of deaths and injuries caused by road traffic accidents by at least 50 percent by implementing the program "Decade of action to ensure road safety in 2021-2030". was set as a goal. Scientists estimate that road traffic accidents will cause 13 million more deaths and 500 million more injuries over the next decade, with low- and middle-income countries particularly affected. The increase in the standard of living of the population in our country and the significant increase in the number of personal vehicles, on the one hand, require serious attention to the issue of ensuring traffic safety on the roads and protecting the life and health of citizens. Because, despite the fact that systematic measures are being implemented in this regard, the analysis of statistical numbers puts the need for radical improvement of the sector on the agenda. As we all know, the field of road safety is made up of various organizational measures, and today it is important to bring them into a unified system, effectively coordinate them and, as a result, achieve significant positive results. It's no secret that there are many systemic problems waiting to be solved in the field of road safety. In order to find a solution to such problems, an international scientific-practical conference was held on May 31 of this year at the University of Public Safety on the theme "Ensuring road safety: national and foreign experience".
