Article 128 of the Constitution of our country stipulates that citizens have the right to elect and be elected to representative bodies of state power. The right to vote, equality and freedom of expression are guaranteed by law. University cadets and military servicemen took an active part in voting at the polling station established at the University of Public Security. The voting process started with the national anthem. This year's elections in our country are held in an open and transparent manner based on high democratic principles. Military personnel also actively participated in the elections, sympathizing with the ongoing democratic reforms.
