**Basic Requirements for Candidates:**
- Hold a scientific degree in the relevant field.
- Knowledge and application of modern teaching methods and pedagogical technologies; possess teaching experience and skills.
- Proficient in Uzbek and Russian languages (capable of conducting classes).
- Competent in information technologies (computer, tablet, interactive board, and internet) at least at a “user” level.
- Possess qualities such as discipline, hard work, activity, integrity, and psychological stability.
- Physically healthy.
- Not previously convicted.
**Additional Requirements for Candidates in Foreign Languages:**
- Hold an internationally or nationally recognized certificate (such as IELTS, TOEFL, CEFR, DSD) confirming at least S1 level proficiency in a foreign language.
**Priority Will Be Given to Candidates Who:**
- Participate in (or have participated in) scientific projects.
- Publish articles in prestigious journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
- Hold an “h” index.
- Have international or national certificates in foreign languages (minimum B2 level).
