Firstly,based on the program of targeted measures, the working group identified areas and objects that are "crime hotbeds" of Chirchik city, studied the socio-economic and criminogenic situation of neighborhoods classified as "Red", and ensured the safety of the population. It is aimed to develop proposals and recommendations on the basis of a scientific approach to identify and eliminate possible dangers, and to widely implement the developed proposals in practice. Also, the appeals of the citizens living in the neighborhoods and their daily household problems were listened to, considering the socio-economic and criminal situation. House-to-house work is being organized and measures are being taken to determine the reasons and conditions that allow crimes to be committed within the framework of the family, in densely populated areas of neighborhoods in Chirchik city. In addition, explanatory work is being carried out with the people who are on probation, under administrative control, those who have committed administrative offenses and those who are on preventive account and those who have been previously convicted, so that they do not repeat crimes and offenses and follow the prohibitions and restrictions imposed by the court
