A working group is working on the study, scientific diagnosis and elimination of possible threats to the public safety of the city of Tashkent on the basis of a scientific approach by the teaching staff and researchers of the University of Public Safety. Chilanzar district is one of the most densely populated districts of Tashkent city, with a population of more than 280 thousand people living in 55 makhallas. The working group, consisting of the teaching staff of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, conducts its activities on in-depth analysis of the socio-economic and criminogenic situation in the mahallas “Beshkurgan”, “Navbakhor”, “Beshagach”, “Yakkabog” of Chilanzar district, originally classified as “Red”, as far as interdepartmental coordination is established crime prevention activities, identification of the causes, conditions and main factors contributing to the commission of offenses and crimes at public facilities, He also began by researching the systemic problems that still persist in this area. The activities, socio-economic status, and crime prevention experience of other areas not classified as “red” were also studied. In particular, surveillance has been organized at the Dilobod makhalla, all cameras on the territory of the makhalla are integrated into the makhalla, and many visual posters have been placed to warn residents of the district about various crimes and offenses. Implementing this as a model in other areas will lead to a reduction in crime rates by a certain amount. Because a message was received from elderly people in need of social assistance living in the Dilabod makhalla, and food was handed over. The members of the group analyzed and studied the crimes and offenses committed in the makhallas “Beshkurgan”, “Navbakhor”, “Beshagach”, “Yakkabog”, classified as “Red”, in various directions, depending on the method of commission, place, time, age range. In particular, according to the seven types of activity of each microdistrict, the social status of the district, the current state of economic facilities located in the territory of the district “Magic City”, “Adiblar hiyoboni” the Palace of Arts “Xalqlar doʻstligi san'at”, recreation parks, resorts, entertainment venues, settlements, markets, secondary schools, the criminal situation, the state of the surveillance cameras, the forces and means involved in maintaining public order, and the activities of the 102 locations were studied. The working group inspected the territory of the entertainment facility, studied information about crimes committed in the area, their location, and made appropriate recommendations to the staff of the Internal Control Service on some shortcomings. The degree of organization of the activities of the security forces involved in maintaining public order, the direction of movement, location were also studied, and appropriate instructions were given. Ensuring the safety of secondary schools is a crucial issue for parents as well as society, and creating a safe environment there and further improving the safety system is crucial for the health of students and their future success. During the test pressing of the emergency call button installed at school No. 103, located in Chilanzar district, we witnessed the arrival of the National Guard Security Service within 5 minutes, the inspector psychologist serving at the school, as well as the security staff were given a number of recommendations and instructions. Because with the involvement of traffic police officers, the hot spots of the area where traffic accidents occur were separately examined. In particular, at the Tashkent bus station, around it, on the highway, work was carried out on territories that allow crimes and traffic accidents that form a social danger, for reasons and factors. The activities of conducting explanatory work in makhallas with persons on probation and persons on preventive registration, as well as with previously convicted persons, to prevent repeated crimes and offenses and comply with prohibitions and restrictions established by the court were studied. Taking part in the distribution of night shifts to employees involved in the protection of public order, the activities of nightclubs, spas and gaming clubs, as well as employees of road patrol services, the causes of traffic accidents, the current state of street lighting and cameras recording violations, the health status of patrol officers in the night time has been studied.
