In order to ensure the implementation of the memorandum signed with the Academy of Gendarmerie and Coast Guard of the Republic of Turkey, the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan holds Russian language classes for employees of the Turkish Gendarmerie.

Since September 16, 2024, Cihat Barişkan, an employee of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy of Turkey, has been studying at the Department of Language Studies. In addition to the training course for students from Turkey, cultural and entertainment events are organized, as well as visits to historical sites of the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region, Samarkand and Bukhara.

Modern conditions have been created for foreign students at the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular, language courses are held in groups and individually.
