Based on the task of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, educational seminars were organized by the working group in Chortoq district of Namangan region to strengthen the capacity of the responsible employees for further increasing the efficiency of the neighborhood activities.

The Academy of Public Administration, the branch of the State Service Development Agency of the Namangan region, leaders of sector in Chortoq district and members of the neighborhoods, as well as associate professors of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.T. Achilov and H.M. Olimdjanov participated in the training seminars. In the process of activity, organizational and methodological measures were taken for eliminating the factors that negatively affect the mood of population, to study and solve problems, to ensure employment, to reduce poverty, to effectively organize the mechanism of customer-oriented work and the activities of the "neighborhood seven".

At the same time, A.T.Achilov went to "Tinchlik" and X.M.Olimjonov to "Baynalminal" districts, got acquainted with the activities of the neighborhoods and studied the problems of the population, gave suggestions and methodological recommendations on their solutions.
