The signing ceremony of the Protocol on cooperation in the field of educational and scientific activities between the universities took place within the framework of a round table discussion on the topic of "Current Issues of Personnel Training and Education in Law Enforcement Agencies." The document was signed by the head of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Law, Professor Colonel Mirzayusup Rustambayev, and Doctor of Law, Professor, Police General Lieutenant Simonenko from the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The parties expressed their views on exchanging experience in education and science, selecting, raining, and upgrading the qualifications of personnel for law enforcement agencies. The document outlines joint scientific research, publishing scientific works, and developing scientific technical, and methodological projects. During the event, foreign and Russian experts discussed the main directions and characteristics of training for law enforcement personnel. Oleg Bulgakov, the First Deputy Head of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Police General Major, provided information about the unique features of organizing educational activities at the university. Colonel Svetlana Selimanova, Head of the Department of the University of Public Safety, Doctor of Law, informed the attendees about personnel training at the University of Public Security of Uzbekistan. Colonel Davron Mirazov, Head of the Department of Criminal Law presented research on reforms, achievements, and prospects in the criminal procedural legislation of Uzbekistan.
Additionally, delegation representatives visited the museum of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where Colonel Mirzayusup Rustambayev wrote his wishes in the guestbook.
