On February 4th of this year, the Department of Languages of the University organized a republican Olympiad in Russian and English languages among cadets of higher military educational institutions. The Olympiad was attended by cadets from the Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Following the results of the Russian language Olympiad, in the “Polyglot” nomination, the team “Patriots of the Guard” from the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan became the absolute winner. Following the results of the English language Olympiad, in the “Best Creative Work” nomination, the team “The Invincibles” from the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan became the winner. The winners of the Olympiad were awarded honorary diplomas and memorable gifts in the form of exclusive books by the Deputy Head of the University, Major Zulfikarov Sherzod Khurramovich.
