Modern trends in adaptation of children deprived of parental care to new families

On May 28, 2024, on the Initiative of the Department of Military Patriotism, Spiritual Education and Social Work with Youth of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the theme "Modern trends in the adaptation of children deprived of parental care to new families" Republican scientific-practical conference was held. The main goal of the conference is to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at improving the theoretical and methodological foundations of ensuring the well-being of orphans and children deprived of parental care. The conference was opened by the deputy head of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan for scientific affairs and innovation, doctor of legal sciences, professor major Zulfiqorov Sherzod Khurramovich. In the plenary session of the republican scientific-practical conference held offline, in particular, from local higher education institutions and organizations: Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Social Protection Agency, National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, Nizomiy Tashkent State Pedagogical University, Academy of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, University of World Languages, University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other higher education institutions participated with their lectures and scientific articles. Participants at the conference were provided with questionnaires developed on the conference topic. The issues of realizing the rights and freedoms of children deprived of parental care, strengthening their social protection, improving state support mechanisms, and addressing the needs of orphans and children without parental care were discussed as the most pressing matters at the national scientific and practical forum. At the end of the event, a resolution was adopted based on the issues discussed and the proposals and recommendations provided by participants, and future cooperation efforts were agreed upon.
