In accordance with the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PP No. 352, a short-term advanced training course in the Russian language for foreign military personnel has been organized at the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Today, October 30 of the current year, officer of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy of the Republic of Turkey, Senior Lieutenant Jihat Barishkan, completed a 1.5-month advanced training course in the Russian language organized by the Department of Language Studies and the Faculty of Work with Foreign Military Personnel. During the study period, open lessons and workshops were held, as well as excursions to the historical centers of our country. At the end of the course, he successfully passed the exam at the Tashkent branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University and received an international certificate in the Russian language (TRKI). The university administration also presented certificates and commemorative gifts, and proposals were made for further cooperation and exchange of listeners. Additionally, in preparation for 2025, the University of Public Safety plans to train a group of officers from the Turkish Gendarmerie in Russian language courses.
