On June 19, 2024, on the basis of the relevant assignment of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a mobile seminar-training aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the "social prevention system” was held by the representatives of the working group "seven neighborhoods" in Namangan region.

In the seminar  as the working group “ seven neighborhoods” participated professors and teachers of the University of Public Safety J. Ormonov, D. Mamatkulov, associate professors A. Achilov, Sh. Yuldashev. During the mobile meeting, the participants of the meeting were given relevant understandings of the concept of human rights, their content and international standards of their application, the main international documents on human rights and the description of national legislation. At the end of the seminar training, a master-class training was held in connection with the work being carried out on the organization of social prevention by the neighborhood seven in the model "Dream" within the district units in Namangan.
