On December 1 of this year, the deputy head of the Department of civil and Legal Sciences, yu.f.b.f.d (PhD), associate professor, Lt. Col. O.M.Davletov took part in the event organized at the military prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the 31st anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and delivered a lecture on “categories of cases related to civil cases, procedure for considering cases in court proceedings and aspects to be considered in the issuance of court decisions”.
