In accordance with clause 11.4 of the program of measures approved by this decision, in order to further develop and popularize chess in the Armed Forces system, including organizations focused on military education, as well as in penal institutions, military structures of the Armed Forces, military education tasked with providing the targeted organizations and penal institutions with chess training manuals, chessboards, figures, clocks and other necessary equipment.
