The composition of the working group composed of professors and teachers of the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan and military personnel, in order to develop scientifically based proposals related to the prevention, reduction and elimination of crime in Tashkent, examined the situation in the red areas of Chilonzor, Shaikhontakhir Sirgali, Yakkasaroy, Uchtepa, districts of Tashkent. In connection with the study, talking to five people in the neighborhood (the head of the neighborhood, prevention inspector, youth leader, assistant to the governor, neighborhood activist for women), the reasons and conditions for the occurrence of crime are studied, and proposals for their elimination are being developed.
