Within the framework of the large-scale reforms carried out in our country, special attention is paid to ensuring the peaceful and peaceful life of the population and the formation of a culture of law-abiding and public safety in our society. In particular, on the basis of the principle of "serving the interests of the people", completely new mechanisms and procedures for organizing work in the field of Public Safety have been introduced, and mutual targeted cooperation of state bodies with public structures has been established. At the same time, various risks and conflicts, threats to the peace and tranquility of the country, pandemics, natural and man-made disasters in the world impose their task on the responsible state structures to further improve their activities on the basis of the priority idea that "all efforts are for human value." On a global scale, the coronavirus pandemic was not observed on our planet in the last hundred years. This disaster clearly showed the weaknesses of all mankind.
