A number of works are being carried out by the working group made up of professors, teachers and specialists of the University of Public Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Mirzo Ulugbek and Yunusabad districts to create a scientifically based methodology for transferring the neighborhoods classified as "RED" to the "GREEN" category.
